Front Cover:
Activate the "Print Version" layer

Inside Cover:
Activate the "Inside Cover layer"

This is a two sided print job, with the front cover on one side and the inside cover on the other.

The "Cutting Lines" layer is used to show where the paper will be cut.

The "Card Holder" layer is used to show where the business card will go.  I actually have issues indicating the paper holders for a given business card.  We are thinking of having three half circle cuts (left, bottom, right) to hold the business card in place.  Corner straight cuts (topleft, and bottom right) would also be okay.  I was hoping you can help me out in this area.  Essentially we want a business card holder in the folder.
